[LIS-Forum] Accessioning of CD-ROMs,reg;

Dear all,   Since our college is under going the NAAC accreditation process shortly, our authoriries have now shown interest in the purchasing of CD's, DVD s related to various subjects for the library. Can anybody please inform me about the exact accessioning of the CDs?.    Some libraries maintain separate register for CDs & some others accession it along with the books. Some say we can have our own method. Can anybody clarify me about this. Sujatha H R.
