The hosting of question paper archive of an University by some one else at another institution raises the issue of IPR. Questions papers are the intellectual assets of that university Has the permission been obtained from the concerned university authorities to host the archive ?

I have designed and hosted a website on 'Karnatak University's Question Papers Archive'. The website, "Question Papers Archive", has been specifically designed for Karnatak University's Social Science student community. The site comprises semester question papers of all Social Science departments of the university. These question papers are representative of Post-Graduate examination used in the past exams.

The site is designed in partial fulfillment of the training programme for librarianship at Indira Gandhi Institute of Development Research, Mumbai.

I sincerely thank Mr. G. K. Manjunath, Chief Librarian , Mr. S. M. Pujar, Assistant Librarian, IGIDR, Mumbai for thier guidance and motivation through out my project work.
