This programme is planned for Library assistants and Library clerks of colleges in Maharashtra. There are very few such programmes organised for supporting staff. Registration fees are Rs. 300(Three hundred only) and accomodation will be provided with due request without any charge for it. Aim of the Programme Utilisation of library resources depends on effective interaction between library staff and users. Library staff needs to have good soft skills in order to attract and encourage students for use of library. The aim of this programme is to create awareness about soft skills needs and to introduce different interpersonal skills required for library staff.
