Readers are Leaders (ICRL-2026), organised by the Karnataka State Library
Association (KALA) in collaboration with DLIS, Tumkur University, KSCLA,
and the LIS Academy Bengaluru. It is a multidisciplinary conference, hosted
by SIT, Tumkur, on 26-28 February 2026.

This conference aims to bring together library professionals, academicians,
educationists and information specialists from across the country to share
knowledge, innovations, and best practices in the areas of leadership,
reading culture, Reading habits, learning and innovative library
technologies..

We invite submissions of all types of research papers and case studies
aligned with the conference theme. Your expertise and experience in the
field would greatly enrich the event, and we look forward to your active
