I am glad to inform you that the INFLIBNET Centre has developed the CCF to MARC21 Conversion. We have been using this utility for our internal process since very long time with our library management software, SOUL. Recently, the INFLIBNET Centre being one of the promotors of the open source software under the GNU licence, has decided to make this utility free with source code for the community, especially for those who are using the CDS/ISIS / WinISIS software and the CCF bibliographic format for developing bibliographic database.
