Date: Wed, 23 Apr 2003 18:31:18 +0530 From: R.K.SHUKLA <milanramakant@hotmail.com> Librarians in university and colleges in Uttar Pradesh to get benifits of career advancement scheme Allahabad High Court ,Lucknow Bench in a writ petition filed by U P Library Association has directed the state govt to give the benifits of carrer advancement scheme w.e.f. from 01.01.86,which were denied at the time of granting UGC scales to college and university librarians in the state.UPLA WAS FIGHTING FOR THE SAME FOR THE LAST 10 YEARS.
