Dear Friends, I am a librarian working in Mumbai. I want some information regarding pay fixation or pay protection. One of my friend is working as a librarian at pay scale rs 10,000 (Senior Scale) in an unaided institution. Recently she got appointment letter from aided college but her pay scale is fixed as rs. 8000. is there any circular or GR which states that salary is protected when u move from unaided to aided situation.
