      I would like to congratulate Dr. Satish Kumar S Hosamani sir,  Directorate
of Department of Public Libraries for getting a place in 'World Book of
Records' for revolutionary initiatives to bring drastic changes in the
public library system and pioneer in making digital library in Karnataka as
well as an author of a dozon useful books both in Kannada and english.
