Dr SHANKAR SINGH,Sr Manager,Library & Information services,Power
Finance Corporation Ltd,New Delhi has recently attended one of the
prestigious programme on The Leadership Institute for Acedemic
Librarians(LIAL) August 3-8,2008 organised by the harvard Institutes
for Higher Education,Cambridge ,Massachusetts, USA.

He became the first Indian, selected for this course to attend this
programme by virtue of his qualification, experience and knowlwdge.

Congratulations to Dr Shankar Singh(Sr Library Professional and a Sr
Library Teacher) .
