I completely agree with Snehal. I say you are right Snehal.

 

MLISc and BLISc Graduates are not paid much as interns and also as regular employees and to add insult to injury non-qualified staff (10th and 12th pass people with no library science background) are given status on par with a MLISc/BLISc graduates.

 

Why is it that librarians themselves give step-motherly treatment to the freshers (MLISc and BLISc graduates) in this profession?

 

A measly salary of 3000/- or 7000/- only discourages.
