[LIS-Forum] ask LC to support open bibliographic data

Hi all, The Library of Congress is asking for comments on their proposal for the future of bibliographic records and we'd like to ask them to include a section supporting open data -- providing bibliographic records in such a way that they can be reused by projects like Open Library and others.
