Dear All, I am thinking what is my contribution in Library and Information science till date and find nothing just doing my job for the sake of my family i think ! But at the same time i am also thinking that when same question is raised during the Interview with a candidate what would be the best answer and what is actually the contribution mean, whether the expert really himself/herself contributed some thing in LIS and than asking the same with candidate?
