It is intresting to see this is a Web-OPAC of The State Central Library, MailScanner warning: numerical links are often malicious: http://164.100.150.131/OPAC/welcome.asp Shillong has established a well automated library system with the help of e-Granthalaya software developed by National Informatics Centre. The software provides all kinds of features required to automate the in-house activities as well as library services. This software is free of cost for educational institutions
