Sir, As you know Access engineering library(AEL) is the E-Journal package from McGra Hill.In the INDEST-AICTE consortium list there is mentioned a term ''DEL''. I would like to knoe whether both DEL and AEL are the same (Mcgraw Hill).Kindly provide me with enough information.
