I'm Rupak Chakravarty, Lecturer-cum-Assistant Librarian at the Department of Library & Information Science, Panjab University, Chandigarh. I'm doing PhD on the topic "Open Access Institutional Repositories: role of University Libraries in India". To collect data I have prepared a questionnaire. I most humbly request you to fill it.

May I also request you to upload (email attachment.) any document which you think can add value to my research work (the upload option available in the questionnaire is not working). For collecting additional data, I'll use the databases available online including the Indian IRs.

I understand that you will have to spare time form your hectic schedule but it is my humble request, please help me as without this data, I'll unable to complete my research work. Please feel free to make any suggestion to add value to my study.
