dear all
giving hyperliks can not be a violation of copyright. u r directing but
not using / copying the intellectual property of the author. if it is so,
we need to question about the catalogues, reviews and what not as part of
copyright.
as a matter of fact, u can copy for fair use and should be quoted, which
becomes the reseach. if u lift word to word and do not quote it becomes
plagiarizm.
i think we should not think too much about all these problems.

Dear Members, 1. Is providing hyperlinks on your web page violates the copyright, or special permission is needed from the owner of the website for hyperlinking.
2. And if there is no copyright violation, hyperlinking the exact documnet/page on the website is permitted. (e.g www.acdxyz.com/resources/current.pdf)
Best regards,
