Dear Colleagues I have few Queries about the New Pay Notification issued by the MHRD; (I) Will all the Deputy Librarians with the Ph.D , be able to move to Librarian Designation under CAS. (2) Increments for the persons, completed the Ph.D. earlier before 2006 in service. (3) Deputy in the CAS, with Ph.D. completed in the 7th year, will be able to move to DL Scale after 9 years or 11 years. Please reply, if you have the answers for the queries.
