[LIS-Forum] Discrimination by UPSC for Librarian, non teaching staff not to be given invigilation duty in any circumstances for civil service exam 2020

It has come to news that UPSC doesn't allow any non teaching staffs including Librarian, Head clerk to be invigilator for the prestigious exam civil service-preli-2020. I would like to know from Library community, Organisation... * Why such discrimination? *Are not librarians or any non teaching staffs trustworthy? Hope the rule will be charged by UPSC very soon.
