Friends, Soon Mr Muthu Madhan of O P Jindal Global University will be delivering his T B Rajashekar Memorial (online) Lecture. I wonder if some enterprising doctoral student of LIS in an Indian university would look at the user profile of OA articles (restricting to users in India) and the public impact (including social and industrial) of open access literature.
