Advantage for Users :- Users are getting access online  to these scholarly journals,only the thing is delayed.

 

Advantages for Publishers :- Publishers can show  the numbers of Hitts & Downloads (Because when it delayed open accessed, then people access it in large numbers) to their advertisers to attract more advertisement to their journal.
