Respected Sir,

 

I want to know that in a year how many books we can withdraw ? What is the ratio of it ? If such books is damaged, what is the policy of it ? If such books is stolen from library, what is the procedure ? We are taking 3 time more amount of original price of books in case of lost books by the students , is it right way ?

 

Which matter is easy for taking stock ?

 

I want to know the government policy of India regarding this matter. Also send your suggestions and guidelines.
