Respected Members I want to pursue M.Phil in library &Information Science through *The Global* * Open University, Nagaland' . I* dont know whether it is affliated to UGC or not. Besides, whether the M.Phil Degree will get the same weightage with those persued in regular mode. Your valuable suggestion is needed at an earnest.
