Is there any specific provision available in MARC/RDA for such distinction between website and database. In terms of MARC tags, I could only find the 007 tag for the same. You can explore the details for 007 - Electronic Resource (R) at http://www.loc.gov/marc/bibliographic/bd007c.html The RDA content type (http://www.loc.gov/standards/valuelist/rdacontent.html) also do not provide any such differentiation.
