[LIS-Forum] Japan to adopt nationwide Green OA through IRs

Friends, Soon all of Japan's research papers will be made OA through the Green route. All authors will be required to deposit the author accepted version of their papers in an institutional repository and all institutional repositories will be on the same platform.
