While the Reading Room has been functioning from 4th November 2009, the Library is being used by the Villagers from 24th July 2010. Library Building consists of three segments - Library Room (12" X 10"), Reading Room (16" X 8") and the front verandah which is being used by the SHGs for their regular meetings. The *Rajamma Memorial Library *is a *Unit* of *Sreenivas & Lakshmikantham Charitable Trust *and this building constructed by me at a cost of Rs.4 lacs plus is now given to the Trust free of rent and after the IT approval, the building will be transferred to the Trust. About 1500 books have been placed in the Library for use by the Villagers and about 500 books are yet to be listed.
