Greetings from Karnataka State Library Association (KALA)!

It is a great pleasure to invite you to the International Conference on Readers are Leaders (ICRL-2026), being organised in collaboration with DLIS, Tumkur University, KSCLA, and LIS Academy Bengaluru. It is a multidisciplinary conference and will be hosted by SIT, Tumkur, on 26-28 February 2026.

This conference aims to bring together library professionals, academicians, educationists, and information specialists from across the country to share knowledge, innovations, and best practices in the areas of leadership, reading culture, Reading habits, learning and innovative library technologies..
