Supports member states in the development, implementation and monitoring of knowledge management strategies.4) Oversees the WHO Libraries in their activities to enable access to highest quality scientific information to support all health sector activities in member states and particularly in developing countries.5) Oversees the production of the annual World Health Report (WHR) closely collaborating with the Editor-in-Chief each year and the relevant technical program at headquarters and in Regional Offices.6) Oversees the publication of the Bulletin of the World Health Organization by working closely with the Editor-in-Chief, members of the Editorial Board, and the Editorial Committee; oversees the WHO Press in its activities related to publishing, licensing, marketing, sales and dissemination and is responsible for the governance and implementation of the WHO publication policy; oversees the WHO coordinator on Multi-lingualism and ensures implementation of the multi-lingual plan of action.
