[LIS-Forum] Solution to UHF RFID technical issues

Respected Members, One of my friend's Medical library employed UHF RFID technology in their library one decade back and till recently it worked fine. Now they are facing some technical issues and the vendor from whom they have procured it wind up the business preventing them to seek support. They are looking for anyone to fix the solution to existing technology, If anybody is familiar or come across a solution to this pls get back to me.
