We are happy to inform the professionals that the INFLIBNET has hosted another journal on open access mode under the initiative "Open Journal System @ INFLIBNET Centre". The Journal entitled "Assam University Journal of Science and Technology" is being published by the Assam University Press under the Editorial Guidance of Prof. G. D. Sharma, Dean, School of Life Sciences, Assam University. The journal is dedicated on two groups of subjects: "Biological and Enviornmental Sciences" and "Physical Sciences and Technology". It is half yearly publication, published two volumes in a year with two issues in one volume. The journal is available for access at http://www.inflibnet.ac.in/ojs/index.php/AUJSAT/issue/archive under the OJS website http://www.inflibnet.ac.in/ojs. The journal was open to community in the presence of Prof. S K Khanna, Chairman, Governing Board, INFLIBNET Centre and other dignitaries available during the meeting.

Besides, the current issue, Vol. 2 and issue 3 of the Journal of Literature, Culture and Media Studies is also uploaded on the server. The current issue has 25 artilces and editorial from Editor of the journal, which is dedicated to English in New Technology, ELT, ESP and Communication Skills. The issue 3 of Vol.2 can be accessed at http://www.inflibnet.ac.in/ojs/index.php/JLCMS/issue/current.

I also take this as an opportunity to spread the word of the open access and request professionals to pursue in their universities for their journals to make open access on the INFLIBNET platform under the OJS@INFLIBNET Centre. The journals from the university can also be published under the delayed open access scheme on the request from the university, if they wish. Interested university can initiate a talk with us in this regard.
