I am deeply saddened to learn about Dr. Rajasekhar's sad demise.
Although I hadn't met him (and now will never meet him), I did learn a
lot from his contributions in OA-India list. His passing away is indeed
a loss to information science and open access in India.
Please convey our condolence to Dr. Rajasekshar's family.

of NCSI expired on 3-6-05 in an accident. His body will be brought to

residence at 10.15 A M today(4-6-05). The funeral is expected to take
place by 3 PM today.
