IFLA General Assembly at Lyon,France paid homage to Professor A.Neelameghan, Indian Library Scientist who passed away on 28/7/2014 and observed two minute silence . Neelameghan was a close associate of S.R.Ranganathan and founder member of DRTC (Documentation Research and Training Center,Bangalore,India) and worked as UNESCO Expert on LIS Education.
