It is realy a troublsome job for moderator to go through the posting by members if it is not relevent & therefore every professional should always take care while posting their messages, as the professionals not from india but also from abroad reads the messages. However ,some of our people having a good contents but not written in good English or badly written shold not be ignored as we are non English people and even some professionals are not having English as their medium of instructions upto M.L.I.S. stage so they are poor in English.Therefore these type of messages must be cosidered with moderators editing and approval as there may be regional impact due to regional languges.
