[LIS-Forum] Indian LIS employment data or workforce

Dear friends, I am in need of some statistical data on Indian library workforce or details of different library staff employed in various libraries in India for a manpower study. I do have some data for USA, UK and Australia, but very little data on employment of LIS professionals in India.
