[LIS-Forum] Stack verification and loss of book

Dear all, My current employer demanded me to do the stack verification and definitely it will lead the problem of ‘Loss of Book ‘so I request the professionals to give the suggestion to the following doubts. 1) Permissible loss in verification with proof and where shall I get that proof copy. 2) If loss of books are more than the permissible loss then what is the procedure to recover the loss and how the cost of loss is calculated with the library staff.
