The Sarada Ranganathan Endowment for Library Science regrets to inform the
sad demise of Sri R. Yogeshwar (son of Late Prof. S.R. Ranganathan), in
Luxembourg on 11th June 2016. Sri Yogeshwar was closely associated with
the Sarada Ranganathan Endowment for Library Science and was a source of
strength for the Endowment in carrying forward the work of Dr. S.R.
Ranganathan. Sri Yogeshwar also authored a biography of Dr. S. R.
Ranganathan published by Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan under the title; S.R.
Ranganathan, Pragmatic Philosopher of Information Science: A Personal
Biography
The trustees of the Sarada Ranganathan Endowment for Library Science place
on record their deep sense of gratitude to Sri Yogeshwar and convey their
heartfelt condolences to all members of the bereaved family
