Though there are professionals who may not have that practical knowlegde or working� experience. The post graduate's� , according to U.G.C if they do not acquire 55 % then what is the rule for their� upgradation & qualification� fulfillment to get the status as equivalent to U.G.C.- NET /SET exams?� What is the criteria for their selection & upgradation in Semi/ Govt / Research organisations/ DST / etc?
