Here is the article you wanted.
I want to know why you can not get it yourself? Why are you posing the
request in LIS-Forum? If the paper in question is difficult to get, after
exhausting your resources and all efforts, as a last resort if you ask
LIS_FORUM members, then it is fine. Despite the article is shown as
available for a fee from Wiley journal site, I can locate a free pdf
download in five seconds. WHY CAN'T YOU DO it? This is my question. You are
a librarian, after all. And your post itself is very matter of fact and I
consider it as impolite.
Other members of the Forum are welcome to comment on librarians taking the
easy / lazy path of just leaving an article request in Lis-forum without
exerting any other effort on their part.
