I endorse the view that we in India have not been able to have one window system to reply our patrons and it is high time that professionals should join together to develop a reference and information service on the type suggested by Mr prafulla " ASK YOUR LIBRARIAN" besides re-engineering other services so that we may facel humilating situation and lag behind. tahnks and regards S M SHAFI
