Dear Mr Jha,
The public Libraries picture of Singopore is just wonderful.Times of India
dated 22/9/05 International news has explored it very sound way. Hindu has
made it as shopping mall. it is a good thing that if the infrastructure is
so fool proof with everything including managemnt of money,HR and
technology it may be possible.In a new marketing strategy of good business
and best services, I am imagining a picture, reaching nearby to it for
Indian Public Libraries.
