I deeply condole the death of Kapoor Sab.I am fortunate to work with him as a colleague at Geological Survey of India and at IASLIC for many years. We together visited London in1978 to attend 1st International Conference on Geological Information. We visited together at Frankfurt and Rome. He was like my family member. He was very favourite to my late moth due his Polite and amicable behaviour. A soft spoken personality very helpful to the users of GSI.Though we were not student of geology We used to discuss the intecracy of the subject to understand it to provide proper services. His father was also a Librarian at ASI. He Considered me as a friend and brother. With his death I have lost a true well Wisher May his soul rest in peace.
