The new report "Access to Citation Data: Cost-benefit and Risk Review and Forward Look" by JISC, UK aims to explore and suggest practical directions and actions to move toward more cost-effective creation, dissemination and exploitation of citation data in the context of current and potential future usage scenarios. The report explains different metrics, players, tools, business models and future directions.
