 Dear Raj I dont agree with you that only Ph.D and M.Phil students have the communication skills. How does Ph.D and M.Phil enhances the skills of communication. Staying in India every body what is tough to get it cleared even then people are commenting and favouring the exemption from NET. I dont understand any examination which has so far been quite tough to clear, has got no value very recently. if UGC Net exam cleared person don't have good Communication skills how he/she can teach student ?

I have seen so many students  who cleared NET exam and could ' manage to get any Job in Private College .
