Dear Professional Friends,<br>I am happy to inform all of you&nbsp; the our two years struggle for implementation of HRD orders of carrier advancement at Govt. Of Karnataka have been successful. Govt. of Karnataka is pleased to order for implementation of the HRD order in toto except the age of retirement. The order include for implementation from the date of order instead from the date of eligibility or 1998 as in the case of Teachers.<br>
