importance as the only comprehensive quality controlled resource for
open access journals. We are now asking you to *help us maintain this

if you have not seen this, DOAJ is now charging as its sustainability
model. i see lots of parallels between that and NDLTD, although their
value proposition seems possibly weaker and they are charging much more!
