Dear Forum, When it comes to search engine for digital library frameworks, Solr has become the choicest tool. It is used by DSpace. Fedora Repository has mentioned use of Solr and Elasticsearch alternatively (Source: https://wiki.lyrasis.org/display/FEDORA6x). It would be interested to know your inputs on selection of a search engine that can search full text and metadata for different resource types, including micro-data.
