Sir, As AICTE mandated six e-journal packages for affiliated AICTE institutes, the price list for each package in the prescribed Handbook (Appendix 10) is different from the cost of each package in the INDEST-AICTE consortium.That is the rate is higher in the consortium. Which price should we pay for the package.And what is the difference between IEEE ASPP package and IEL Online of INDEST. Kindly give your feedback if any.
