About the Speaker: Prof. Nidhi Srivatsa is an Assistant Professor, at the Faculty of Law, PES University. She specializes in Intellectual Property Law, World Trade Law, and Criminal Law. She completed her BA LLB and Masters in Law from Christ University. Additionally, she has attended national and international conferences and presented papers on topics including Aviation Law, Space Law, Tourism Law, and Intellectual Property Rights. She has delivered guest lectures on Intellectual Property Rights in various colleges and universities. Furthermore, she is a certified Yoga Instructor specializing in yoga therapy.
