We are librarians from colleges of engineering, dental sciences and school of architecture managed by a common management authority. At present the libraries of these colleges are housed in respective colleges. Now, our management is planning to provide a centralised library building. We want to know if AICTE or DCI or COA rules allow us to have a centralised library or the rules specify if the individual libraries have to be housed in respective colleges.
