Dear Sir/ Madam,<br />
	The Journal will seek quality research papers that present original theoretical approaches as well as experimental case studies related to digitization of libraries. Articles should examine concepts, analysis, new approaches and techniques pertaining to the field above mentioned.  Case studies covering new initiatives of important issues in the digital library field would be included.	<br />
	I request you to contribute your valuable papers to this Journal on any topics related to Information Technology and Management <br />
<br />
	All submissions will be reviewed keeping in view the accuracy and quality of contribution in this field. A certificate in this regard may also be furnished that the article has not been published elsewhere.<br />
<br />
Contributors are requested to send their papers typed in MS Word (Double Space) in hardcopy along with soft copy positively by 30th of March. 2010 at following Address.<br />

Guideline for Contributors<br />
 <br />
 <br />
 <br />
1.Two copies of the manuscript should be sent to the Managing Editor or the Journal. Manuscripts should be typed double-spaced with a wide margin and on one side of the A4 size paper only. Illustrations, if any should be submitted along with the manuscripts on separate sheets.<br />
2.Manuscripts should be sent along with the undertaking/ authorization letter for the originality, IPR and copyright issues in favor of the Chief Editor or Managing Editor that may be published after necessary editing, Copyright shall remain with the Managing Editor, Manuscript should also accompany a brief resume of the authors on a separate sheet. <br />
3.The first page of the article should consist of the title of the paper, name(s), of the author (s) with the details, and abstract of the paper not exceeding 150 words. Second paper should start with the title of the paper again, followed by the text.<br />
4.Manuscript should also arrange to send the soft copy. Manuscript without soft copy shall be rejected.<br />
5.Footnotes and references should be in sequential order and given at the end of the paper. The journal will follow the following style for the footnotes:<br />
In the case of a book :  Machiraju, H. R. (2005). Indian Financial System. New Delhi: Vikas Publishing House Pvt. Ltd.”<br />

Journal titles must be given in full and that the author’s first name or initials may be used. Proper care in the presentation of references would be highly appreciated.<br />
 <br />
6Quotations must have page number with the appropriate reference in the  footnote. It is the authors responsibility to obtain written permission to quote material which has appeared consecutively and titled.<br />
 <br />
7.   Tables, diagrams, etc. should be numbered consecutively and titled.<br />
<br />
8.  All the research papers and review papers will be peer reviewed or <br />
    doubl blind refereed. The decision of the editorial committee and Chief  <br />
    Editor will be final. <br />
