In his speech as the chief guest of the occasion he appreciated the efforts on the part of the deptt. in recent years and called it as "A FLAGSHIP". He advised the students to indulge in "constructive thinking". The function was presided over by Mr. S.M. Ashraf, Income Tax Commissioner, while Prof. Hamida Ahmad, Dean, Faculty of Social Sciences, was the guest of honour.
